Pre-Court

This post is going to be short tonight. We have our Pre-Court date set for tomorrow (Friday) at 1430. Aliya and Olga came over this evening and we discussed questions to expect and what things would be like tomorrow. Pre-Court is an "informal" meeting with the judge in his chambers where he will review our family photo album and pictures that we've taken with Bryce over the course of our visits. He will then proceed to ask Wayne & I (mostly Wayne) questions such as "Why are you adopting", "Why Kazakhstan", "What is your profession", "Who will take care of the child", etc... After we answer our questions, the judge will then speak with the Baby House Director and any other people in the room who have information pertaining to the adoption proceeding. After that, he will let us know what our Official Court Date is. We're hoping that it will either be on Monday or Tuesday of next week.

So, send positive thoughts our way and we'll let everyone know how things go tomorrow.

Love, Cari & Wayne

You all are in my prayers. God picked Bryce out just for you so there is nothing to stress about. There is nothing but sunshine and rainbows heading your way ;)
